Read-only AWS cost analysis. Free summary with our largest finding in full; the complete memo is one payment.

Terms

Short, and they are the whole agreement unless we both sign something else.

1. The summary is free

You send a read-only cost export. Normally within 48 hours of receiving a usable file, we send back — at no charge, with no obligation, and yours to keep, share internally or ignore — the total identified monthly saving, the categories it falls into, and our single largest finding in full, including the line items from your own export, the fix, the expected saving and how to check it yourself.

2. The full memo is one payment

The complete memo — every finding, in implementation order, each with its line items, fix and expected saving — is delivered on payment of a single fee: 10% of the identified monthly saving stated in your free summary, with a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $2,500. It is paid before delivery, through a Stripe payment link issued for that exact amount. There is nothing recurring, no subscription, no retainer, no second invoice, and no share of any saving you go on to make.

3. Money back

If your own check shows that the top three findings in the full memo do not exist in your account, tell us and we refund the fee in full. We do not ask you to prove a negative, argue about it, or send us anything further.

4. If there is nothing to find

If the export shows nothing above our reporting threshold, we say so plainly, there is no memo to sell, and you pay nothing. That happens and it is a real answer.

5. Read-only exports, and no access to your account

We ask only for billing exports you generate yourself. We do not ask for, want, or accept AWS credentials, IAM users, roles, cross-account access, console logins, or any connection to your environment. If you send a credential by mistake, tell us and we will delete the file; you should rotate it regardless.

6. Your file

Uploaded exports are stored encrypted at rest, used only to produce your summary and memo, never shared with anyone, never resold, and never used to train anything. They are deleted automatically 60 days after upload, and sooner on request — ask and we delete it the same day. We do not want personal data: a cost export should contain none, and if yours does, strip it before sending.

7. Automated analysis, disclosed

The analysis is produced by an automated system operated by a small Nevada company, running a fixed rule set over your export. A human reviews everything before it is sent. Each finding states its assumptions and the saving rate used, so your engineers can check any individual number rather than take the memo on trust.

8. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that savings exist in your account, that any particular saving will be realised, or that a fix is safe to apply in your environment. You decide what to implement; your team owns the change. Estimates are estimates, and the memo marks how confident each one is — findings the export establishes on its own are separated from candidates that one command in your account has to confirm. We are not your fiduciary, your auditor, or your AWS reseller, and we take no commission, rebate or payment from any vendor: the memo fee is our only revenue.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your export, your summary, your memo and the fact of the engagement as confidential. We will not name you as a customer, quote you, or publish anything about your account without your written permission.

10. Ending it

Either side can stop at any time by saying so. There is no notice period, no termination charge, and nothing owed unless you have bought a memo.

11. Law

Nevada, United States.
